Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and that things can often pop up that may make it difficult for you to make it to your appointment with us. All we ask is that if you know or suspect that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment you please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your service to another time and refill your appointment slot with someone from our waiting list.

 

Please be advised that fees may be applied, and an invoice issued for the following reasons;

Late Cancelations

 

Appointments cancelled or resheduled for any reason within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time will attract a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the scheduled service.​

Late Arrivals

 

Appointments that are required to be rescheduled due to the late arrival of the client will attract a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the scheduled service

 

Non-Attendance

 

Appointments cancelled due to non-attendance of the client without notice will attract a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the scheduled service in the first instance. All subsequent cancellations due to non-attendance of the client without notice will attract a fee equivalent to 100% of the value of the scheduled service.

Payment

 

An invoice will be issued for all fees incurred under this policy and recovery action will be taken if required. No further appointments will be scheduled until the outstanding fee has been recieved or payment arrangents made.
